About Us
First Maganson Holdings, Inc. was
established in 1969 with the goal of providing unmatched
service and hospitality. "We always go the extra mile
for our guests" has been and continues to be our mantra.
Our hotels and resorts cover the spectrum of consumer needs
- a three-diamond business hotel just south of San Jose,
a resort in Monterey, properties serving the budget-minded,
and more. Our personal touch is reflected in the facilities
we design and build. For example, to give our guests an
extra degree of comfort, the Clarion Inn Silicon Valley
built luxurious Jacuzzi spas in many of the rooms. New
construction includes a restaurant with conference facilities
and a retail shopping center.

All of our properties are strategically located for maximum
convenience to all of the fun, food and entertainment
in each geographic area.
The Comfort Inn, for example, is located
within walking distance of the Gilroy Premium Outlet
Mall - California's largest. A few minutes drive and
you find yourself in the lush and beautiful Bonfonte
Gardens.
In Monterey, the Cypress Gardens Resort
Inn is less than one mile from the beach and close to
the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Canary Row, and historic downtown
Monterey.
Our San Jose properties are strategically
located near Silicon Valley's business and convention
centers; easy driving distance to tons-of-fun: Paramount's
Great America and Raging Waters; shopping, fine dining
